Terms & Conditions - the basics 

Shufau Foundation states that anyone is allowed to use the website; the current donation methods are direct bank deposits, and mailed -in checks; a declaration that the foundation may change its policies in the future; that the foundation warranties its donors privacy; that visitors and donors' intellectual property or copyrights are protected, and that the foundation reserves the  right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
